關于WM ES零容忍的更新：
1. 對于有Wal-mart 品牌，或任何有Wal-mart 字樣的包材包括紙箱，貼紙，彩標等等的分包商必須要有WM ES驗廠并且是黃燈和綠燈的結果，且要求透明，披露信息，也就是要在Retail link上鏈接到供應商名下，如用未披露的工廠，則馬上終止合作。 3/1之前鏈接還可以把之前ES結果為黃色的分包商鏈接上去，且驗廠按照未更新之前的要求；3/1之后鏈接的分包商必須是黃燈或綠燈，且要按照更新的要求驗廠。【具體新要求可以參照以下和附件，或咨詢相關驗廠人員】。
Action needed right now：請各位馬上提供所用的這些分包商的LIST，最好是有WM ES驗廠的工廠。【如果是已有驗過廠的工廠，請注明ES結果，過期時間，以及Factory ID】
2. 消防要求強化要求，且加入到零容忍，即無達到要求則被判定為高風險--紅燈： 請重視并仔細閱讀以下以及附件。

Zero Tolerance Policy _ Supply Chain Transparency (Unauthorized sub-contracting)
· Will effective on March 1 2013.
· Any facilities sub-contracting sourcing of Walmart merchandise to an undisclosed or unauthorized facility are subject to a “RED – Failed” assessment and may be “permanently” barred from sourcing merchandise to Walmart for all retail markets.
· Walmart will make available on Retail Link a list of facilities “not authorized” to source merchandise to Walmart.
· Orange rated facilities may no longer be added to the supplier’s matrices.
· Walmart defines unauthorized subcontracting as production, augmentation or packaging of merchandise in scope for ES audit program. (please refers to appendix A on attached.)
· Newly disclosed facilities will be required to prequalify with green or yellow ES rating prior to being made “Active”
· No later than June 1, 2013, all suppliers are required to have a representative employed by the supplier, and not just an agent, responsible for ensuring compliance with ES requirement stationed in all countries in which supplier is actively sourcing Walmart product.
· Pre-qualification of New Production Facilities
o ES pre-qualification
§ Facility “must” completed ES audit and be rated Green/ Yellow to become active.
§ Newly disclosed facilities will be required to participate in mandatory training sessions from Walmart.
§ In Bangladesh, all newly disclosed or reactivated production facilities “must” undergo a mandatory electric and building safety assessment.
o Pre-production Requirement
§ All facilities are required to disclosed in Retail Link and buyer is notified.
Enhancement to Fire Safety Requirement
· Facilities with “structural fire safety” violation is deemed as high risk and assessed as “Red – Unauthorized” and be inactivated.
· Facility assess as Red-Unauthorized is no longer eligible for Walmart production for any retail market.
· Facilities found with fire safety related violations must initiate corrective actions immediately. And corrections must be completed no later than 30 days from identification.
· Details enhancement to fire safety requirement stated on Appendix C for all countries.
· Additional Safety Requirement for Bangladesh
o All facilities in Bangladesh “must” go through a mandatory electric an building safety assessment provided by a credible independent external certification agency.
o Facilities with one or more “structural fire safety” criteria will consider as high risk.
§ Residential building converted into an industrial facility.
§ Facilities in multi-story building with a ground-floor market place or commercial shops n any floor.
§ Facilities in multi-story building share with other factory/ enterprise under “separate ownership”.
§ Facilities with a rooftop that does not meet legal requirement and is not 100% clear.
§ Facilities where there is a residence located within the building. |
