通知指出，沃爾瑪道德采購部分將保留相關權利，拒絕未滿足上述要求的行業審核報告。一旦被拒，工廠有可能在系統中轉為審核過期（overdue）狀態，并面臨凍結或取消訂單的風險。

Our Standards for Suppliers outline our expectations for suppliers to Walmart inc. and itssubsidiaries globally. As a Walmart supplier, you are responsible for compliance with the Standardsthroughout your business and supply chain, including when submitting social audits to satisfyWalmart Responsible Sourcing requirements.
Starting Auaust 1, 2024, Walmart Responsible Sourcing will no longer accept fully announced auditsto satisfy these requirements. Only unannounced or semi-announced audits will be accepted.

Walmart reserves the right to reiect audits not in compliance with the above reguirements. lf youraudit is rejected, your facility may be placed in audit overdue status and face possibleinactivation/cancellation of orders.
