D&G工廠審核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)變更(2010年度) ●Factory Audit Fees to Be Paid By the Vendor/Factory 審核費(fèi)用由供應(yīng)商/工廠支付 • Effective for factory audits conducted on or after 6 July 2009, if the audit results for an initial or annual recertification audit do not lead to the factory being certified, a chargeback will be issued to the vendor for the audit fees owed to the audit company. Payments not received promptly may result in delays or cancellation of shipments. 如在2009年7月6日及之后進(jìn)行的初審或年審中未能獲得被認(rèn)可的結(jié)果,第三方審核公司的審核費(fèi)用將從供應(yīng)商處索回。如未能立即返還審核費(fèi)用,將延遲或取消當(dāng)前的訂單。
● New Items Reviewed During Audit 新增的審核項(xiàng) • The factory must have a written policy prohibiting the use of corporal punishment which is communicated to the workers. 工廠必須建立嚴(yán)禁體罰的成文的政策,并與員工進(jìn)行溝通。 • The factory must have a written policy that overtime is voluntary which is communicated to the workers. 工廠必須建立加班自愿的成文的政策,并與員工進(jìn)行溝通。 ü Revisions of Requirements • Verification that the factory does not engage in transshipping has been transferred to the Dollar General Customs Team. 確認(rèn)沒參與轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的工廠已提交給DG的海關(guān)小組。 • Please review the factory information on the vendor manual for updates on calculating work hours. 請(qǐng)審核供應(yīng)商手冊(cè)中的工廠資料中是否有工時(shí)計(jì)算方面的更新信息。
● Changes to Probation Levels 1 and 2 待考察等級(jí)1和2的相關(guān)改變 • Probation level 1 results from violations regarding 以下項(xiàng)目出現(xiàn)違規(guī)會(huì)導(dǎo)致待考察等級(jí)1: Corporal Punishment Policy 體罰政策 Regular and overtime pay rate 正常工資及加班工資 Day of rest 休息日 Maximum work hours 最長工時(shí) Voluntary overtime 自愿加班 • Probation level 2 results from violations regarding 以下項(xiàng)目出現(xiàn)違規(guī)會(huì)導(dǎo)致待考察等級(jí)2: Insufficient Documentation-proof of age 年齡證明文件不足 Emergency exits 緊急出口 Fire extinguishers 滅火器 ●No Change to Automatic Failures 凍結(jié)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)維持不變 • Dollar General will not use any factory that employees workers younger than 16 years of age. DG不會(huì)與雇傭小于16周歲童工的工廠合作 • Dollar General will not use any factory that uses prison, forced or bonded labor.
