2014版BSCI驗廠標準條款--無缺乏保障就業,具體的BSCI審核內容如下:
1、The auditee’s employment relationships do not cause insecurity for the workers 被審核方(生產商)雇傭關系不會給工人帶來不安全感?
2、The auditee engages workers based on recognised and documented employment relationships 被審核方(生產商)基于已認定和記錄的雇傭關系與工人訂立合約?
3、The auditee provides workers with understandable information before entering into employment 被審核方(生產商)在達成雇傭關系錢為工人提供易于其理解的信息?
4、The auditee does not use employment arrangements in a way that deliberately conflicts with the genuine purpose of the law 被審核方(生產商)未以故意抵觸原有法律目的的方式使用雇傭協約? |
