2014版BSCI驗廠標準條款--職業健康和安全，具體的BSCI審核內容如下：
1、The auditee observes applicable occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations 被審核方（生產商）遵守適用的職業健康和安全法規？
2、The auditee seeks workers’ protection in case of accident, including through compulsory insurance schemes 被審核方（生產商）在意外發生時為工人尋求保護，包括通過強制保險方案？
3、The auditee regularly carries out risk assessments for safe, healthy and hygienic working conditions 被審核方（生產商）定期執行安全、健康和衛生工作條件的風險評估？
4、There is active cooperation between management and workers (and/or their representatives) when developing and implementing systems towards ensuring OHS 管理層和工人（和/或其代表）之間就開發和執行確保職業健康和安全的體系展開積極合作？
5、The auditee regularly provides OHS trainings to ensure workers understand the rules of work, personal protection and measures for preventing and reacting to accidents 被審核方（生產商）定期提供職業健康和安全培訓，以確保工人理解工作規則、個人防護、防止意外及如何應對意外的措施？
6、The auditee enforces the use of personal protective equipment to provide protection to workers in conjunction with other facility controls and safety systems 被審核方（生產商）強制要求使用個人防護設備，以連同其它工廠控制和安全體系為工人提供保護？
7、The auditee implements engineering and administrative control measures to avoid or minimise the release of hazardous substances into the work environment. It keeps the level of exposure below internationally established or recognised limits 被審核方（生產商）執行工程和行政控制措施，以防或盡量減少向工作環境中釋放有害物質。保持接觸水平低于國際設立或認可的限值？
8、The auditee develops and implements accident and emergency procedures 被審核方（生產商）開發和執行意外和應急程序？
9、The auditee makes visible potential hazards to the workers through signs and warnings 被審核方（生產商）通過標記和警示讓工人看見潛在危害？
10、The auditee has and properly uses procedures for recording and reporting occupational accidents and injuries 被審核方（生產商）具有并正確使用記錄和匯報職業意外和傷害的程序？
11、The auditee seeks the stability and safety of the equipment and buildings used for production 被審核方（生產商）尋求生產設備和建筑大樓的穩定性和安全性？
12、 The auditee makes sure a competent person periodically checks the electrical installations and equipment被審核方（生產商）確保合資格人員定期檢查電氣裝置和設備？
13、The auditee has installed an adequate amount of firefighting equipment , which works properly 被審核方（生產商）已安裝了工作狀態良好并且數量充足的消防設備 ？
14、The auditee ensures that escape routes, aisles and emergency exits in the production site are easily accessible, clearly marked and not blocked 被審核方（生產商）確保生產場地的逃生路線、走廊和應急出口可易于進入、清晰標記且無堵塞？
15、The auditee ensures evacuation plans: 被審核方（生產商）確保疏散計劃：
o Meet legal requirements 符合法定要求
o Are posted in relevant places so workers can see and understand them 在相關地點公告以便工人看見和理解它們？
16、The auditee ensures adequate safeguards for any machine part, function, or process which may cause injury to workers 被審核方（生產商）確保為可能對工人造成傷害的任何機器零部件、功能或過程提供充分保障？
17、The auditee ensures qualified first-aid is available at all times 被審核方（生產商）確保一直能夠提供符合要求的急救？
18、The auditee has emergency procedures to deal with cases of trauma or serious illness. These procedures must be in writing. 被審核方（生產商）有處理創傷或嚴重疾病的書面應急程序？
19、The auditee provides potable water for workers at all times 被審核方（生產商）始終為工人提供飲用水？
20、The auditee provides workers with access to an appropriate, clean area for storing food, eating and/or cooking 被審核方（生產商）允許工人進入合適的清潔區域儲存食品、飲食和/或煮食？
21、The auditee provides workers with clean washing facilities, changing rooms and toilets that are respectful of local customs 被審核方（生產商）為工人提供尊重當地習俗的干凈的洗滌設施、更衣室和洗手間？
22、 The auditee provides workers with transportation (either directly or by using third parties) that is safe and that complies with national regulations 被審核方（生產商）（直接或通過第三方）為工人提供安全并符合國家法規要求的交通工具？
23、The location of the social facilities or workers housing ensure that users are not exposed to natural hazards or affected by the operational impacts of the worksite (for example noise, emissions or dust) 公共設施或工人住房的地點確保用戶不會遭受自然危害或受到工作場所（車間）運營的影響（例如噪音、排放物或粉塵）？
