2014版BSCI驗廠標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條款--體面勞動時間，具體的BSCI審核內(nèi)容如下：
1、The auditee does not require more than 48 regular working hours per week, without prejudice to the exceptions recognised by the ILO 在不影響國際勞工組織認(rèn)可的例外情況下，被審核方（生產(chǎn)商）不要求每周的正常工作時間超出48小時？
2、The auditee request of overtime is in line with the requirements of the BSCI Code of Conduct 被審核方（生產(chǎn)商）的加班要求遵循BSCI行為守則要求？
3、The auditee grants workers the right to resting breaks in every working day 被審核方（生產(chǎn)商）賦予工人在工作日休息的權(quán)利？
4、The auditee grants workers the right to at least one day off in every seven days 被審核方（生產(chǎn)商）賦予工人至少每七天休息一天的權(quán)利？ |
