2014版BSCI驗廠標準條款--公平報酬，具體的BSCI審核內容如下：
1、The auditee complies with the government’s minimum wage legislation or the industry standard approved through collective bargaining (if applicable) 被審核方（生產商）遵循政府的最低工資法案或者經集體談判批準的行業標準（如適用）？
2、Wages are paid in a timely manner; regularly and fully in legal tender 工資應按時支付；定期以法定貨幣全額支付？
3、The level of wages reflects the skills and education of workers 工資水平反映出工人技能和教育情況？
4、The auditee provides sufficient remuneration that allows workers to meet a decent living standard 被審核方（生產商）提供允許工人達到體面生活標準的足夠報酬？
5、The auditee provides workers with the social benefits that are legally granted 被審核方（生產商）方為工人提供合法的社會福利？
6、The auditee ensures that deductions from wages are only taken under the conditions and to the extent prescribed by the law 被審核方（生產商）確保僅根據法律條件和規定扣除工資？ |
