2014版BSCI驗廠標準條款--不歧視，具體的BSCI審核內容如下：
1、The auditee takes the necessary measures to avoid or eradicate discrimination in the workplace 被審核方（生產商）采取合適的措施以避免或消除工作場所中的歧視情況？
2、The auditee ensures workers are not disciplined, dismissed or discriminated against because of their complaints against infringements of their rights 被審核方（生產商）確保工人不因其對侵犯他們權利的投訴而受到懲戒、罷免或歧視？
3、The auditee takes the necessary measures so workers are not harassed or disciplined on grounds of discrimination 被審核方（生產商）采取合適的措施，以便工人不因歧視而感到困擾或受到懲戒？ |
